Happy Sunday, Reader!
Apparently I got admitted to the Bitcoin ICU 😂
But instead of resuscitating me, Ralph brought me on to help resuscitate everyone else from the medical system, the money system, and all the other hypnosis we’ve been told is just “normal.”
Very on brand for someone who called her podcast UnHypnotized.🙃
I had such a fun conversation with Nurse Ralph on the Bitcoin ICU Podcast about hypnosis, healthcare, Bitcoin, sovereignty, healing, fiat programming, and why I think the same pattern shows up in so many different areas of our lives:
Treat the symptom.
Don’t question the system.
Trust the authority.
Keep working harder.
Meanwhile, the bucket is leaking.
That bucket analogy was one of my favourite parts of our conversation.
Imagine you’re filling a bucket with water, but every year someone quietly drills another hole in the bottom.
So what do you do?
You work harder to get more water.
Then another hole appears, so you work even harder.
Eventually, you may start thinking you are the problem because you can’t seem to keep the bucket full.
But what if the problem was never how hard you were working?
What if the bucket was leaking?
That’s one way I explained the fiat system to Ralph, but I think the same analogy applies to health too.
Health is a sovereignty issue too
Long before I found Bitcoin, I already went down the rabbit hole of health.
Tbh, it's a necessary step that everyone healing themself has taken. Shout out to those of you here who know what's up and knew better to just trust the health authorities in the past.
My own healing journey taught me to look beyond symptoms and ask what was actually creating them. That eventually led me to hypnotherapy where I’ve spent years helping people look underneath behaviours, symptoms, beliefs, fears, identities, and patterns rather than simply trying to override them.
So when I finally understood Bitcoin, the paradigm felt very familiar:
Stop endlessly treating the symptom and start looking at the system creating it.
And underneath both is something I’ve become increasingly passionate about:
Self-authority.
One of the misconceptions about hypnosis is that you’re handing control of your mind over to someone else.
My work is essentially the opposite.
I don’t believe healing comes from me deciding what someone else needs to believe or telling their subconscious what to do. My job is to create the conditions where someone can get underneath all the noise and programming and reconnect with the intelligence that’s already within them.
Otherwise, I’ve simply replaced one authority with another.
And what good is that?
To me, Bitcoin carries a very similar message.
You learn. You verify. You take responsibility. You become your own authority.
And this is where I think the conversation about sovereignty needs to get bigger.
We talk a lot about financial sovereignty in Bitcoin.
But what about sovereignty over your body? Your health? Your mind? Your attention? Your beliefs? What you put into and onto your body?
There was a moment in the podcast where Ralph and I talked about how powerful a suggestion can be when it comes from someone we perceive as an authority, especially a healthcare professional.
If someone accepts “you’ll always have this” or “there’s nothing you can do” deeply enough, that suggestion can become part of how they understand themselves and their future.
And this is why I think sovereignty is ultimately much bigger than holding your own keys.
Holding your own keys matters.
But so does learning to hold authority over your own life.
Consider this your emergency unhypnotizing 😂
Ralph and I went pretty deep on all of this, including my own healing journey, what hypnosis actually is, fiat programming around money and health, why Bitcoiners seem to have such a strong sense of purpose, and what healthcare could potentially look like on a Bitcoin standard.
We also talked about how Bitcoin itself can become an initiation that starts exposing everything else in your life that is no longer congruent with who you’re becoming.
Which, of course, brings us right back to the Sacred In-Between.

And speaking of health sovereignty...
As most of you know - Daily Somatics is another extension of this for me.
Once you start questioning the systems around money and health, you start questioning some of the products we’ve been told are “healthy” too.
There is a lot of very fiat-style thinking in the hemp and cannabis industry: isolate one compound, manipulate the plant for maximum output, heavily process it, standardize it, package it, and call it wellness.
We do things very differently.
Our hemp is hand-planted, grown outdoors in the sun, and hand-harvested. We allow the plants to grow in a more natural environment rather than treating the female plant simply as something to manipulate for production.
And when it comes time to process it, the priority is preserving as much of the integrity and wholeness of the plant as possible rather than reducing it down to one isolated compound. No chemicals, no toxins.
Then I take that foundation into Daily Somatics: made with organic ingredients and carefully sourced essential oils selected for their purity and quality.
This is also why when someone tells me, “I’ve tried CBD before and it didn’t do anything for me,” I tell them that what they tried may be very different from what we’re creating.
And we’re already seeing people notice the difference.
At last week’s market on Stephen Avenue, I met a woman visiting from Australia who had recently had knee surgery and was doing a ton of walking while travelling. I gave her some Sole Serum to use that night when she could really rest, and some Healing Salve to put directly on her knee for more immediate comfort while she kept walking around.
Five minutes later, she came back and bought two salves. Then her friend tried it on her knee too, and before they headed off to the West Coast, they came back and bought another one.
Those are the moments I love because they get to actually experience the product first, feel the difference for themselves, and then decide.
If you’re in Calgary, Daily Somatics will be on at the Stephen Avenue Market again this Tuesday!
I’ll have the bath soaks, Sole Serum Foot Oil, Raw Hemp Tincture+, Castor Oil, Healing Salve, Deodorant Balm, Divine Timing Ritual Sets, and more.
Tuesday | 11:00 am–6:00 pm
Stephen Avenue, Calgary
Around 8th Ave & 1st St SW, near the old Bay
Come down, ask me questions, smell everything, and see what we’ve been putting all this Proof of Work into. 🌿
If you can’t make it in person, we offer mail order anywhere in Canada—$20 flat-rate shipping. Just reply to this email if you have any questions or want to place an order. For our friends in the States, non-KYC shipping is costly—around $200 right now—but we’re actively working on a better solution. Stay tuned!
One more thing...
A lot of you originally found me through Bitcoin, but Bitcoin is really only one doorway into the work I’ve been doing for the last 15+ years.
Hypnosis. Coaching. Astrology. Relationships. Business. Purpose. Health. The Sacred In-Between.
And ultimately, helping people see what’s underneath whatever isn’t working, reconnect with their own wisdom, and bring the life, love, career, and future they know is possible out of their minds and into their reality.
So next Sunday, August 2, I’m going to open up something a little different.
I’ve been creating some new ways for you to experience my work without the huge commitment or investment of jumping straight into one of my deeper programs.
I also don’t want to turn The Sunday Bitcoiner into a bunch of emails about my offers.
So next Sunday, I’ll give you the opportunity to opt in to a separate series of emails where I’ll share more about what I’m creating, different ways you can experience working with me, who the work is for, and how you can get involved if something speaks to you.
Opting in doesn’t mean you’re committing to working with me. It just means you’re curious and want to hear more.
And of course, you can opt out of those emails anytime while still staying right here on The Sunday Bitcoiner.
More on that next week!
Until then, perhaps the question to sit with is:
Where are you already sovereign... and where are you still outsourcing your authority?
Happy stacking! ⚡️
